Hornsea Biker Event ( HBE ) Part of the Hornsea Foundation Charity ( Reg 1177616 ) offers Free UK Postage on all baskets. We also ship to Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world. If you live in these countries and wish to purchase from our store please contact us direct and we will be more than happy to arrange a shipment to you. We currently only ship to registered address when using PayPal, this is to protect you as well as ourselves from Fraud.

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on this Web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel, and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Whilst we try to ensure that each product has the correct stock status (available/unavailable) we do not guarantee that, when you have placed an order, stock will be reserved. In the unlikely event of you purchasing an item that is out of stock, we will contact you with all options available for that order. By purchasing items from this Web site you acknowledge that you are aware of these facts.

We do not store any credit or debit card information as all online payments are via Paypal. Postal payments can be made by cheque or Postal Order. Once your order has been submitted, you will automatically be sent confirmation of your order via e-mail from our system. This will be your proof of purchase receipt which you will need for any returns or exchanges. You can log on to your online account at any time to check the current status of your order. Please make sure you log in using the details you chose when you registered your account.

Returns Policy

Please inform us as soon as reasonably possible, within 7 days of receipt if the item is damaged. Any damaged item must be returned to Hornsea Biker Event ( HBE ) and the Hornsea Foundation Charity ( Reg 1177616 ), within a further 7 days at which time we will, where possible send a replacement. If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will issue a refund of the original price paid.
If you need to contact us or report a damaged item, please use the details on our contact page and include the following details:- full name, delivery address, item, delivery note/invoice number.
All products sold on this site are subject to the distance selling regulations. For non-faulty items you have the right to cancel your order, within 7 working days of receipt of goods
However if an order has already been despatched it is up to you to return the goods in the same condition as we sent them. In such circumstances we are not responsible for return postage. Hornsea Biker Event ( HBE ) and the Hornsea Foundation Charity ( Reg 1177616 ), reserves the right to refuse a returned item and a refund if over 7 days. Please ensure the safe return of the item to us. Please ensure the returned item is in the original packaging and includes all relevant items/accessories it came with, as well as the delivery documentation, or a copy of. We would ask that you please notify us of any return via e-mail to allow us to deal with your request.

What is an SSL Certificate?
